Enrolment 2017: Want to Apply

INT2829 - GC Enrolment in-page banners WANT TO APPLY - Aug 2017

Want to Apply?

Don’t worry, it’s not too late! If you’ve got your results and now decided that you want to come to Guildford College, then you can still apply. Although our usual application and enrolment process is now closed, as term has officially started, you can still attend a late enrolment session and catch up with your classes.

Please call Tel: 01483 44 85 85 to make an appointment to come into a late enrolment session. At the late enrolment session you will meet a dedicated course tutor who will be able to advise you on the best course for you.

Please note: You MUST make an appointment to enrol and an appointment does not guarantee a place on one of our courses.

Please see 'Relevant Documents' section below, for a list of things you will need to bring on the day.

Enrolment can take up to 2 hours to complete, so please allow plenty of time, it can however often be quicker than this.

Relevant Documents

You will need to bring an acceptable form of ID e.g. Passport, Driving Licence, National Insurance Card, Birth Certificate, credit or debit card, Examination Certificate or an ID Card.

If you are a non-EU student, or have been living outside of the UK/EU for the past three years, you will be required to provide your passport and either a valid student visa or Home Office documents evidencing your right to live and study in England.

Here is a complete list of all the documents you need to bring with you on the day. If you have made a late application, the documents below will be given to you when you arrive for your appointment.

Alternatively, you can print the documents out, complete them at home and bring them with you to your enrolment session.

If required, you will need to pay any fees due or make arrangements for payment on the day of your enrolment.

Please see the 'Related Documents' section for full details regarding the Payment of Fees.
