Schools Liaison
Guildford College is committed to building strong community links with local organisations, particularly schools. We provide impartial information and advice about courses and careers to prospective students and their parents and guardians, working closely with teachers and Connexions staff.
Our Services and Activities Include:

Visiting schools giving general College presentations or arranging subject specialist talks – from Hairdressing to Horticulture and A Levels to Arboriculture

Attending school careers events, parents evenings and option evenings

Tours of Stoke Park or Merrist Wood Campuses

Organising course ‘taster sessions’ or study buddy days where school pupils can shadow a current College student for a day in a subject they are considering

Keeping schools up-to-date about news and events at the College.
