We also feel that an apprentice can learn good life skills which they can use throughout there career, such as time-keeping and project management. I would recommend an Apprenticeship to other employers, as it provides senior members of staff with the opportunity to pass-on their knowledge and experience as well as enhancing their skills such as people management, delegations, communication and team work.”
