Bricklayers, plumbers, carpenters and construction craft workers can earn up to £15,000 a year, rising to between £16-23,000 once qualified and £30,000 with more experience. Experienced surveyors can expect between £23-40,000, with those of chartered status rising to in excess of £50,000.
